A licensed and seasoned Realtor available 7am to 9pm 7days a week to answer all you real estate questions and concerns. An Exclusive listing means no other Real Estate company will receive a commission for bringing a buyer.
4% service provides: all that you receive with the 2% listing with the extended advantage of the multiple listing service (MLS). This is where most of the home buyers and buyer’s agents look when buying a new home. Here at Cornerstone Homes we will offer on the MLS to the cooperating Broker (Realtor, buyer’s agent) 2.5% of the 4% with the remaining 1.5% to go to Cornerstone Homes.
